Concord Coach Lines has an immediate opening for a part-time customer service/ticket agent at our Bangor, Maine location to work approximately 15-20 hours/week. The schedule requires flexibility to include closing shifts 10:00am to 6:15pm, weekends and holidays.. Responsibilities include selling bus tickets, answering multiple phone calls and responding to informational questions, while making all of our customers feel comfortable and appreciated. The ability to promptly and accurately completing transactions with our Windows-based POS, and performing general janitorial cleaning duties and some luggage movement is also important.

New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of up to $17.00/hour to start with the potential for $.50 increase after 90 days of proven performance.
