Concord Coach Lines is seeking a reliable, people-oriented person who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their job.
The open position is for a permanent part-time, year-round ticket agent / customer service representative for our Concord, NH location (located off Exit 14 on I-93). This position varies 3-4 days per week for 18-30 hours total (depending on availability). Shift varies during our business hours of 430a-8pm. Weekend, evening and holiday availability is required. Flexibility is a must.
Primary responsibilities are to provide exceptional customer service to our travelers on the phone and in person, as well as the general daily operations of the terminal. This includes the ability to swiftly and correctly complete transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers, and light cleaning duties to keep the terminal sparkling. Team work and great communications skills are a must.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour to start, with a review after 90 days. Personal time off (PTO) is available for all part-time employees based on hours worked.
